We expect all crew, staff, visitors and contractors to:
Use hand sanitiser on entering the building, before going through the sign in process.
Wear masks on public transport when travelling to and from the location(s).
Limit face to face contact with other people whenever possible.
Keep work spaces well ventilated.
Be aware of room occupancy levels.
Complete the COVID-19 Self-Declaration forms & use the NHS Test & Trace app wherever possible.
Wash hands or use hand sanitiser regularly throughout the day.
Wear a mask at all times when working within the location, expect as noted below.
Maintain a minimum of 2m physical distance from others whenever possible.
Take short breaks & meal breaks outdoors when possible.
Only use workspaces & welfare facilities as specified
Take a temperature test wherever possible.
We require all crew members working regularly on location to take a lateral flow test each time they visit the location, preferably that morning but no earlier than the night before. Lateral flow tests are widely available for home testing but will be provided.

If you answer YES to any of these questions, please don’t come to the location. Alert your Project Manager and call 111 for medical advice.
Entering the location
Put on your mask & gloves, and sanitise your hands.
If you are unable to wear a mask, please get in touch with your site contact ahead of arrival to discuss further.
If there is a queue, please be patient and wait 2m social distanced intervals.
Confirm that you have not had any COVID-19 symptoms, a positive test result, or been asked to isolate in the timeframes as shown.
Keep work spaces well ventilated.
Be aware of room occupancy levels.
Leaving the location
Wash hands or use hand sanitiser upon exit.
Continue to wear mask until fully outside.
Continue to maintain a minimum of 2m physical distance from others whenever possible.
In the event of an emergency, leave the location via the nearest emergency exit and gather at the meeting point specified during your induction.
Complete the daily symptom and isolation self- declaration, and take a temperature test.
Complete Self-Declaration forms & use the NHS Test & Trace QR code where relevant.

General Guidance and Information
Maintain 2m distancing wherever possible, including in break areas and while moving through the location. Activity that requires contact under 2m should be subject to specific risk assessment.
Masks should be worn at all times, apart from when consuming food & drink, or while at a fixed and sterile workstation which is not accessed by others.
Stagger breaks to minimise contact. Where possible consume food & drink outdoors.
Work areas should be set up to allow 2m distancing between stations.
Wash or sanitise hands often, especially before and after using any shared areas or equipment.
Adhere to any directional signage or markings as appropriate.
Please only use the rooms and facilities that you have been allocated or agreed in advance. This should be detailed within the call sheets.
Follow room occupancy guidance as instructed. Please be responsible for checking a room, or set of rooms, isn’t at maximum occupancy before you enter.
Short-term visitors should refrain from using welfare facilities within the building.
Longer term visitors and crew should bring their own water bottle, cutlery and crockery and use them exclusively, washing them in hot water immediately after use. Don’t share food and drink with others.
If you need First Aid, contact your Project Manager. Project Manager have access to appropriate PPE. If you or a colleague develop COVID-19 symptoms on site, contact your Project Manager or the Covid Compliance Officer.
Keep rooms as well ventilated as possible. Open windows, use fans for air flow, and keep doors open where appropriate.
Areas in regular use should be cleaned after each use. Antiviral wipes and sprays will be provided for additional cleaning.
A specific COVID-19 risk assessment should be carried out by the Project Manager for the activity being undertaken and shared with the team with more specific details and guidance than shown here.
