TOMES is the natural evolution of the content-creating research the CREW have been shaping for the past two years. It encompasses all of VAGUE’s independent content publishing from in-house editorial and film productions to think-pieces designed to share our members’ unique perspectives, spark dialogue within the community, and both inform and reflect how young people are navigating this increasingly chaotic world.
TOMES, as with all VAGUE initiatives, is a dynamic media platform; as dynamic we believe people are. With every issue, we want to achieve two things: to challenge ourselves as creatives to translate our thoughts and opinions across new mediums; and to challenge what it means to be a consumer in the age of social media, false truths, information overload, and increasingly empowered voices on the ground.
