About the Role
The world is moving at an alarming rate, making it nigh on impossible for emerging creatives to keep on top of the impact of the popular culture we are forced to hyper-consume on a daily basis. As such, we're looking to hire a slew of freelance writers to pitch poignant cultural essays on our digital publishing platform.
Whether it's mulling over the generational effects of a little app called FaceTune, investigating the impact of cli-fi on environmental activism, or navigating Queer representation on screen, our culture writers are adept at covering culturally relevant topics with a careful combination of first-person insight and a broad understanding of pop culture's shifting tectonic plates; does this sound like you?
We especially encourage applications from writers from minority ethnic backgrounds and the LGBT+ community, as well as those based outside London, to reflect the diversity of our global community.
